Breakfast area was terribly dirty and unclean.

Dirty, unclean, unable to help answer questions we had, dirty, poor bedding-plastic! Just overall cheap and we felt we had picked up bedbugs and couldn't even dare eat the breakfast after seeing the filth it served in-someone needs to alert the proper authorities before a guest gets very ill. ...read more

Price was great, staff was friendly.

Dirty wash cloth on top of shower, pool dirty, trash under beds.

Good hotel on a limited budget. Staff very friendly and were always cleaning. Breakfast room small and few selections. Waffle maker didn't work well. Happy with overall stay.

Situated by the river in hot springs is central for sight seeing and a good stop off whilst touring.

Quiet, close to the office and breakfast area. Very Clean room.

The parking was a little inconvenient if you got in later.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the pool area also.

Sheets would not stay on the mattress.

Very basic for overnight stays. Had microwave and small refrigerator in room. Nice view of town. On the river.

Clean and inexpensive.

Off season, much of town was closed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the check in was easy. The staff was courteous.
